I spent many years of my life making poor decisions and not feeling very good about myself. Years of drug and alcohol addiction took a toll on my life and relationships. I was finally willing to take responsibility for my life and started my recovery journey. Even though I thought God was not present in my struggles, I realized He was there the whole time. Recovery is possible for everyone and I want to help others find it for themselves.
I am blessed with many things in my life today. I am married to my wife Megan. We have a son and two wonderful dogs. God has given me this opportunity to use the struggles in my life to help others. I can provide hope to others that recovery is possible. God has brought some amazing people in my life throughout my recovery journey. I am blessed to be a part of the Lighthouse community.
My favorite thing about working at Lighthouse Church is the support and camaraderie I receive from my coworkers. Just like my own personal recovery, I cannot do this alone. We all help each other when problems arise and do what we can to help the people we serve. Each day is different, and I never know what it will bring.
A place of love, encouragement, hope and recovery!
